That every day we check
the status of all your backups
from the previous day, to
ensure correct operation of
the system and to check for
any problems.
That a verification log
detailing the status of your
back-ups is sent daily by
email if required.
That if you wish to do
extra backups or restores,
our staff are always there
to help.
That any faults or failures
are dealt with by contacting
you directly, and if necessary
correcting the faults by telephone
or by visit.
